Alexander Simpson, an esteemed Scotsman, initiated creation of male grooming ancillaries & shaving brushes in 1919. His facility was originally located in the East end of London, and later in Clapham; however, it was destroyed by the German Luftwaffe in 1941, causing a move to Nimmer Mill in the West Country. Now, Simpson shaving brush and related products are crafted on the historic Isle of Man by Progress Shaving Brush (Vulfix) Limited. Skilled workers use the time-honored technique of tying knots by hand to make them. The Trafalgar is a part of the newly launched Alexander Simpson Est. 1919 collection. Its lathe-turned handle is filled with premium Sovereign grade synthetic bristles, offering a great bargain for amazing performance & craftsmanship.
